We suggest that as soon as you have registered you book accommodation as this will be a very busy time of year.

If for some reason you are unable to complete the Google form, download this pdf , fill it in and email it either Henri Laurie or Cang Hui. When you are ready, please email talk title and abstract likewise. For those who need it, we are able, upon receipt of title and abstract, to send formal letters of invitation.

*International visitors may pay cash (in ZAR) on arrival if they are unable to complete an EFT. Please contact us if you require this.
